If a young lady named River Rose takes the music world by storm 15 or 16 years from now, just blame Kelly Clarkson.
If you missed the news, Kelly is now a mom.
She and hubby Brandon Blackstock welcomed their daughter to the world on Thursday.
Kelly, 32, announced the news via Twitter on Saturday, writing: “Our baby girl River Rose Blackstock arrived on June 12th! Thank you everyone for all of your well wishes! Brandon and I are on cloud 9!! :)”
Blackstock, who had two children from a previous marriage, is the stepson of country star Reba McEntire and a music manager.
He and Kelly were married in October 2013.
Meanwhile, River Rose?
I mean, doesn’t that sound like the name for a star?
