New post-Voice music out this week includes singles from Tim Atlas, Madilyn Paige and Allé.

* Tim Atlas from Season 9 released “Peace at Last” on Friday, and the dichotomy between the title and what’s happening in the country isn’t lost on him or Honeywhip, the band he collaborated with on the release. “We understand the timing of this release doesn’t reflect peace. With everything from COVID to political division to civic unrest, all sort of wrapped in a blanket of anxiety, it can be difficult to find light. But amidst all the chaos, I hope this song helps you navigate some of the challenges you’ve faced in the last year.” In spite of those challenges, Timothy’s songs were streamed 13.1 million times on Spotify in 2020.

* Madilyn Paige from Season 6 released her first original in three years last fall. Now she’s already back with the follow-up, “My Regret.” She wrote the song with Michael Van Wagoner, Stephen Nelson, Marko-G and Melanie Mitton. But don’t expect Madilyn to wallow in despair. “If there’s one thing I’ve learned this year (20202), it’s that we can’t always control our circumstances or what happens to us, but we CAN control how we react,” she writes on Instagram. “It IS possible to feel joy even when life isn’t going our way. YOU are in control.”

* Allé, from Season 3 released her latest pop single Friday. It’s a song called “Show Me” and features Young Dutt. The island vibe will be mirrored in a video that Allé promises will be released soon. But she wasn’t at a beach when she filmed the Instagram post, popping out of a box wearing a Santa cap to promote the upcoming release. There’s a blooper version too.
