Former American Idol finalist Zealyn has launched a May-June tour that will include stops in Philly and the D.C. area.

Zaelyn is the stage name for Angie Miller, the third-place finisher on Season 12 of American Idol.

She just released her second EP under that name, a five-song collection called “A Weekend in Maine.”

The tour kicked off Tuesday in Minneapolis and includes a dozen stops, concluding April 15 in Los Angeles.

The Philly show is June 21 at Milkboy. The next night she plays Jammin’ Java in Vienna, Va.

Zealyn, now 25 and L.A.-based, explains the title track on her Instagram page.

“Every year my family and I would go to a desolate part of Maine with no electricity Just us and our dog at a cabin on a lake.

“A lot of growing up happened here and a lot of beautiful memories were made … I’m forever thankful for moments like these that shaped me into who I am today.”
