Blake Proehl, Kaibrienne, Kayko and Haven Madison head out on the Young and Out of Love tour next month.

Four recent American Idol standouts have announced a 21-show tour together this fall.

Season 22 standouts Kaibrienne, Kayko and Blake Proehl will be joined by Season 21 Top 8 finisher Haven Madison for what they’re calling the “Young and Out of Love Tour.”

That tour will kick off Oct. 29 in Portland, Oregon and conclude Nov. 27 in L.A.

Kaibrienne, Kayko and Blake Proehl will perform at all 21 shows. Haven will perform on 17 of the dates, which include stops in the Philadelphia and D.C. area.

You can head here for tour tickets; they went on sale Friday.

Since Idol …

* Kaibrienne has released her second single, “Teach You How to Love Me,” which has 234,000 streams on Spotify. Debut single “Girl I Am Now” has passed 1.6 million streams.

* Kayko dropped a song called “Love You Goodbye” in July. “Time of Your Life,” his Idol audition song, has passed 1.2 million streams on Spotify. He has five dates remaining on his own “Time of Your Life” tour.

* Blake, Top 24 on the show, released a single called “Crazy Stupid Love” in August. It has 143,000 streams on Spotify.

* Haven released her second EP, “Turn Off All the Lights” earlier this year. “Kiss the Ground” from that EP has 1.3 million streams on Spotify.

Remember when “American Idol” did full tours for its Top Ten finalists?

    Seasons 1-12.

    Did the producers lose interest?

Were the shows no longer selling well?

Had backlash overflowed about robbed semifinalists/finalists who should have made the tour instead?

    Any other possibilities?

Shows were probably no longer selling well.

That’s correct. When American Idol was at its peak, they were able to sell out arenas. By the time they stopped the tours, they were struggling to sell out small venues.

          Thank you for the answer.

The peak for “American Idol” was a long time ago.
