Kelsie Watts from Season 19 has a heart-wrenching new single out called “I Can’t Say Goodbye.” It’s about losing her brother, Jordan, to suicide in 2013. Says Kelsie: “This song is for all of you struggling with loss. Grief is a real thing and mental health is so important. This song is for all! This song is for Jordan.” It marks Kelsie’s third single this year and, undoubtedly, her most powerful since appearing on the show.

Riley Biederer from Season 9 has released “Proud,” an endearing new single about self-awareness. “This song is one of my favorites,” she says on social media. “I wrote it alone, which I don’t do as often as younger me used to. It sort of fell out in pieces over the course of a few months and I didn’t realize they all went together till it was done.” Riley’s been releasing lots of impressive music recently. This is her fourth single of 2022.

Natasha Bure from Season 11 waited six years after she appeared on The Voice (at age 17) to release a debut single. “Life in Hawaii” dropped earlier this year. Now she has another song out, “Her, Instead” about the suspicion that her lover has stronger feelings for an ex than he has for her. Says Natasha, now 24: “It’s the song I’m most proud of in my catalogue thus far. I really hope you love it. I’m happy it’s not just mine to hold onto anymore, but now yours as well.”
