Britton Moore is among the singers who auditioned for Season 27 of The Voice.

The Voice returns Monday, Feb. 3, with the coaching quartet of Kelsea Ballerini, Adam Levine, John Legend and Michael Buble.

Here’s more about Britton:

* He releasing his debut single, “Harmony,” on Friday, just days before The Voice premiere. It’s a love song, he wrote, and his vocals display an impressive range. You can check out a snippet below.

* “Every great story has a beginning,” he writes on Instagram. “This? This is the Beginning.”

* Britton also has a popular TikTok, with more than 33,000 followers and more than 390,000 likes on his posts there.

* Britton is a graduate of Reagan High School in San Antonio, Texas, where he played quarterback for the football team and was also a baseball standout.

* He also spent a year as a starter with the McLennan Community College baseball team, hitting .327 as a freshman outfielder and pitcher in the 2023 season.

* He’s the son of Jonathan and Alicia Moore, pastors who founded NorthRock Church in San Antonio in 2009.

* Judging from his Instagram post, most of which are accompanied by a verse from the Bible, Britton participated in music worship there.

* While sports was his focus growing up, Britton says he’s wanted to be on The Voice since he was really young.

* “The way that music touches people’s hearts is what pulls me to do music,” he told The Voice during his bio package.

* In fact, in his senior year of high school, he has signed up to audition for The Voice. But his baseball team wound up making the Texas state championship, so he cancelled.

Update: Britton released his second single, a song called “Divine,” on Friday.
