Brianna Cameron from The Voice Season 30
The Voice returns to NBC on Monday, Sept. 21 with the coaching quartet of Kelly Clarkson, Adam Levine, Queen Latifah and Riley Green.
Here’s more about Brianna:
* She’s a 13-year-old singer, songwriter and actress from New Jersey who has already put together an impressive list of accomplishments. Despite the fact that she just started eighth grade.
* In 2022, at age 9, she won first place and a $5,000 prize by winning the “Child Star of Tomorrow” competition at the Apollo Theater. She sang Whitney Houston’s “Greatest Love of All.”
* That led to an appearance on the Jennifer Hudson show where she performed the song again, credited her talent to her mother and showed off her vibrant personality. Check out her interview with Jennifer here.
* By 2024, Brianna was touring with the Broadway show “Tina — The Tina Turner Musical,” playing the role of Tina as a young girl.
* She says one of the biggest lessons she learned from the experience and from Tina’s story is “to just be yourself. When you’re being yourself, for me personally, things go better.”
* In an interview with Tulsa Kids, Brianna says she comes from a musical family and started performing when she was just 3 or 4 years old.
* “Listening to music made me happy and I said, ‘Okay, if I listen to music, then I’m going to make music to make other people happy.”

* And upon the passing of Dolly Parton, Brianna posted a cover of herself singing “Put a Little Love in Your Heart,” writing “This was one of the first songs that I sang as a young artist, and it has such a beautiful meaning. rest in peace to Dolly Parton. you will be forever remembered.”
