Can The Four break the stranglehold The Voice and Keeping Up with the Kardashians have on the award for favorite reality competition show?

That’s the most intriguing question after the Teen Choice Award nominations were announced this week.

Well, maybe not really. But it is a question.

The awards show will air Aug. 12 on FOX, so of course The Four had to get a nomination in the favorite reality competition show category.

Besides The Four, The Voice and Keeping Up, the other nominees are Lip Sync Battle, MasterChef Junior and Total Divas.

The Voice won the Teen Choice Award last year and in 2015. Since 2013, Kim Kardashian and company have taken the award every year The Voice didn’t.

The Teen Choice Awards have a category for just about everything, so it’s not surprising that lots of other singing show stars got nominations.

Heck, there’s even two nominations for Why Don’t We, the boy group that includes former American Idol contestant Daniel Seavey.

Voting is underway via the Teen Choice website and Twitter and will continue through June 19 for Wave One nominees.

Here are the other categories with nominees who have singing show ties. Nominees for a host of TV and movie categories have also been unveiled.
