Matt McAndrew, Season 7 runner-up on The Voice, has a new single out.

Matt McAndrew dropped his latest single Friday, a catchy pop tune called “Game Over.”

It’s the first original music from the former finalist on The Voice since Matt released his impressive EP “Rush in Slowly” two years ago.

“So excited to finally share some new music with you guys,” he writes on social media.

He wrote the new song with Joshua Bartholomew, Lisa Harrington and Brooke Cervenka, and it’s a bit more pop-sounding that his previous releases.

Matt’s planning a single release show at Bourbon and Branch in Philly on Oct. 10. Tickets are $15.

Now 28, Matt finished second behind Craig Wayne Boyd on Season 7 of The Voice.

He was supposed to be singing in Vegas as part of The Voice Neon Dreams right about now.

But that show, originally scheduled for a spring 2018 opening, was pushed back to mid-September, then cancelled altogether, presumably because of renovations taking place at the host site.

Here’s “Game Over.”
