Ashland Craft has released her second single since The Voice.

And talk about an interesting story behind a song.

Ashland wrote it with Willie Morrison after he wound up being her Uber driver one day.

“We got together the next day and wrote this amazing song,” she shares on Instagram. “It was one of those songs were we both left feeling like it was one of the greatest songs we’d ever written.”

Ashland said the song is about past relationships, past struggles and past challenges she and Willie have been through.

“I feel like it’s a very relatable song for a lot of people,” Ashland adds. “I feel like a lot of people put themselves in the situation in the song.”

Ashland, from Piedmont, S.C., was 21 when she auditioned for The Voice and landed a spot on Season 13.

She wound up making it all the way to the Top 10.

Her first post-show single, “Kiss Me When You’re Sober,” came out over the summer.

Ashland, who recently opened for Scotty McCreery, has a special holiday concert coming up Nov. 30 in Greenville, S.C.
