New post-Voice music out includes country singles from Audra McLaughlin, Mikele Buck and Casi Joy.

Here’s a brief look at each of those releases.

The links take you to the songs on Apple Music.

* Audra McLaughlin from Season 6 released “Fun Like This,” “her summer song” last week. She told Taste of Country that it’s about enjoying the simple things in life. “When I wrote this song, I was thinking about how much importance we place on insignificant things, like having the new designer whatever — phone, shirt, purse, shoes, etc. … you fill in the blank,” she says. “How many hours of work do we have to put in to get these things? And in the end, what does it really gain? The joys of life don’t come from owning expensive things. True joy is about making memories, sharing laughter, and having fun with friends and family, which is priceless!”

* Casi Joy from Season 12 released “Senses Fail” on Friday. “This song was so healing to write,” she says on Instagram. “It hits a special place in my heart.” She tells The Boot: “”I wrote ‘Senses Fail’ about that moment when one of your senses brings you right back to a loss or experience you thought you had healed from.” The song follows “The Money” and “Namaste” as Casi’s third release of 2021.

* Mikele Buck from Season 15 released “Wildflower” Friday with the Mikele Buck Band. And, no, it’s no a Tom Petty cover, it’s a Mikele Buck original, one he posted to YouTube about a year ago. “I’ve been wanting to put out a pure Appalachian song for a while,” he writes on Instagram. “Wildflower” follows “County Side” as the second single this year from the Mikele Buck Band.
