New post-Voice music out includes an album from Ayanna Jahneé and singles from Dylan Gerard and Allegra Miles.

Here’s a bit about each of those releases.

The links take you to the songs on Apple Music.

* Ayanna Jahneé from Season 10 recently released an eight-song album called “Mother Nature.” It follows EPs “Unfinished Business” (2018) and “Gemini” (2019) as the third major project for the young woman who was the last singer to snag a spot on the show that season. “This album means the world to me. Through the entire process of writing to recording, I’ve experienced a tremendous amount of growth,” she writes on social media. Standout tracks include “Quicksand” and lead track “Down.” The latter, Ayanna writes, “is a song about self reflection and realization in one’s life. It’s the choice between comfortably and letting go of the things that no longer serve any purpose in your life. It’s about taking charge of your own destiny and stepping confidently into your calling.”

* Dylan Gerard from Season 14 has a new country single out called “Please Don’t Let Me” on Friday It’s a song about a doomed relationship with a woman “he can’t get enough of but knows he should leave behind,” according to the press release announcing the single. It’s also Dylan’s first release of 2021.

* Allegra Miles from Season 18 has a new single out called “Lies.” It’s her third release since auditioning for the show at age 17 and making it to the show’s semifinals. This one from the Florida-based singer-songwriter has a bit of island vibe. And you can check out her and her band performing it live at the South Florida Fair on her Instagram page.
