Three artists featured on The Voice have recently released new singles. Here’s a look.
First up, Jean Kelley, the talented pop singer who made it all the way to the Top 20 back in Season 7.
She just released a song called “Stacking Stones,” the lead single from an upcoming EP, partly funded through a successful Kickstarter campaign that raised more than $45,000.
Jean says the EP is coming soon; she wants to make sure everyone gets their Kickstarter rewards before it’s released.
As for the single, here’s how she describes it to PopDust.com: “If we’re lucky, we will all come face to face with the reality of the role we’ve played in shaping our lives. In that moment, we have the opportunity to take ownership of our choices, make new ones, and start down a path that is worthy of our hearts. ‘Stacking Stones’ is the anthem of my journey.”

During Season 10 of The Voice, Daniel Passino became one of the first comeback artists to make it to the live playoffs.
He wound up advancing all the way to the Top 10 before being eliminated. And his cover of “When I Was Your Man” cracked the Top 20 on the iTunes singles chart while he was competing for Team Pharrell.
Now the aspiring pop singer has released his first single, an upbeat tune called “Tell Me,” which you can check out below.
Pre-Voice, Daniel was a vocal performance major at the University of Michigan and a member of an a cappella group there called The Friars.

Last month, I posted a blog about the new EDM track from Tritonal featuring vocals by Adam Lambert. Well, another already released track from the Texas duo’s upcoming album (“Painting with Dreams” due Sept. 9) features vocals from Season 2 Voice contestant Angel Taylor.
Angel competed for Team Adam on The Voice, making it as far as the battle round. Pre-Voice, she released an album and a pair of EPs that are still available on iTunes.
And according to her Twitter account, she’ll be touring the world with Grammy-award nominated Dutch DJ Armin Van Burren later this year and into 2017.
