Haley Reinhart in her new music video for Shook

Haley Reinhart’s latest video is certainly a visual feast.

And not just because the former American Idol standout gets sexy and seductive on “Shook,” a song from her new album.

After all, the video takes place in the pink dollhouse.

And she’s got two “bad angels” and a handsome guy on a couch to tempt her into doing things she shouldn’t.

Haley wrote the song with Tony Esterly and friend Clare Reynolds and explained its genesis to Billboard, which premiered the video last week.

“It was my birthday weekend, and this was my last session before leaving to go back to L.A.,” she said. “I was hungover and wanted to write a tune that channeled that hazy feeling, mixed with a lusty, love-drunk state of mind.”

Joshua Shultz directed Haley’s “trip of a dream.” On Instagram, she thanks him for “going along with all my wacky ideas.”

Hey, they worked. I still think this young woman should have won Idol Season 10.
