Kaibrienne from American Idol Season 22 will drop her second single later this month.

Kaibrienne, Top 8 on Season 22 of American Idol, has announced her second single.

“Teach You How to Love Me” will drop July 19 and fans can pre-save it now.

Kaibrienne released her debut single, “Girl I Am Now,” during her Idol run. It’s been streamed more than 1.2 million times on Spotify alone.

She announced “Teach You How to Love Me” would be her follow-up single about a month ago but didn’t reveal a release date at that time.

Says Kaibrienne: “I wrote this song when I was craving love from someone who wasn’t ready to give it to me in the way I was.

‘I’ve always been the kind of person that if I feel something, I say it. So trying to have a genuine relationship in a generation that glorifies games & situationships, I often felt wrong expressing how I really felt…

“This is my anthem to all the people out there who just wanna be loved the way they love.”

Kaibrienne will also be performing at the Franklin (Tenn.) Summer Bash along with some of her Idol colleagues — Mia Matthews, McKenna Faith Breinholt, Kayko and Quintavious — on July 20, the day after her new song drops.
