Blake Shelton called it.

After Lauren Duski performed “Deja Vu” on The Voice Monday night, he congratulated her on writing her first number one hit.

As of 9 a.m. Tuesday, Lauren’s original was indeed number one on the iTunes singles chart.

And if that isn’t enough for the young lady who once intended to become a dentist to rejoice about, the iTunes charts delivered lots more good news.

Her cover from Monday’s show, “The Dance” was number two on the charts. Her single from last week — the superb “Ghost in This House” — had rebounded to number 12. Six other songs she performed on The Voice had returned to the chart.

And her duet with Blake Shelton, though it doesn’t count in the voting, was Monday’s most successful coach-artist performance, hitting number 18 on iTunes.

Over on the hard-to=climb country singles chart, songs by Lauren Duski were sitting in four of the top five spots. from Monday’s show

Will it be enough to carry Lauren to the Season 12 Voice crown when results are announced tonight in a special two-hour season finale (9 p.m. start).

It should be. But The Voice showed its favoritism toward Chris Blue again Monday, handing him the show’s pimp spot for the second time in four weeks though he hasn’t finished ahead of Lauren on the charts since the blind auditions.

In spite of her chart dominance, Lauren hasn’t gotten to close a show since the live shows began.

Chris also placed two songs in the Top 10 after Monday’s show, with his original “Money on You,” landing at number three and his cover, “Rhythm Nation,” checking in at number nine.

In fact, all four originals The Voice finalists performed on Monday’s show cracked the iTunes Top 10.

Rankings as of 9 a.m. appear below. I’ll update this list when voting closes at noon.
