We met Henry, Livia Faith’s ukulele, during her bio package on The Voice.

Sounds like Henry’s been busy since Livia was bumped from the show in the battle round.

Undeterred — more motivated than ever in fact — Livia says she’s been busy creating new music since leaving the show.

After all, Livia went out on a high note. She and Terrence Cunningham performed “Stars” by Grace Potter and the Nocturnals in a highly praised performance for Team Alicia Keys.

It was a favorite among fans too. On iTunes, the song was the third most successful among the 24 battle round performances during Season 14.

Here’s what Livia told Voice Views about her time on the show and her music moving forward.

Voice Views: I know the battles were filmed a while back. What have you been doing musically since then?

Livia: Since the filming of the battles, I have been home with my pen, notebook, and Henry the ukulele writing away! With the insane amount of support I’ve seen from America, my heart has been overflowing with inspiration. I find this time very important to focus on my writing and creating as an artist. I just want to make everyone who has supported me through this journey proud.

Voice Views: Where do you see your time on the show leading you musically? Do you envision releasing more music anytime soon and, if so, what can you tell me about that? And how about your educational plans? I assume you’re about to graduate high school?

Livia: Even though my time on the show ended after battles, the time I was there and able to create and collaborate with other artists with the same passion as me was so moving. So the show has definitely led and influenced my desire to keep working on my music. I really hope to have some new material and videos up very soon! As for my educational plans, after I graduate high school, I plan to enroll in online college and pursue a degree in business marketing.

Voice Views: Do you think you grew as an artist as a result of The Voice experience? If so, in what way?

Livia: As an artist, I can tell you from the bottom of my heart that The Voice has been the most influentially motivating experience of my life. I have grown in ways I never expected because of this show. Being surrounded by people who share the same passion as I do spoke to me on a whole new level and really taught me what it was like to be a part of something so much bigger than any of us. Music is so powerful. Seeing people come together to create it and share it with the world, is truly inspiring in every single way. I will forever be grateful for this opportunity.

Voice Views: Other than the new friends you made, what do you think you’ll remember most about the experience?

Livia: I will carry the memories from this show with me for the rest of my life. Of course, the people I met were irreplaceable. Being able to work alongside artists like Alicia Keys and Shawn Mendes is an experience you couldn’t find anywhere else in the world. I feel so incredibly blessed to have had an opportunity like that.

My family, friends, and fans have overwhelmed my soul with the amount of support and love they have continued to send my way daily throughout this whole process. I never imagined that I would be able to Google my name and have “The Voice” appear alongside it.

I cry going through my social media feeds. Words are so powerful and the fact that some people take time out of their day to write me a sweet and encouraging message leaves my heart so full and humbled. The Voice has brought me more joy than I could’ve ever asked for. So if you’re asking what I remember most, it’s most definitely the amount of love I felt in my heart during every single moment of my time on The Voice. Forever one of the biggest blessings in my life.
