Kavi Nyx is among the artists rumored to have earned a spot on Season 30 of The Voice.

The Voice returns to NBC on Monday, Sept. 21 with the coaching quartet of Kelly Clarkson, Adam Levine, Queen Latifah and Riley Green.

Here’s more about Kavi:

* On Instagram, she introduces herself as a 17-year-old singer, producer and dancer from the Atlanta, Ga. area.

* Music’s always bee more than just sound to me,” she says. “It’s my language. I’m constantly creating and trying to turn feelings into something real.”

* Kavi says her sound is “mostly pop, raw and emotional, and you can even hear my (Indian) roots in my music sometimes.”

* She dropped her debut single, “Speak Up,” in April. In a press release, Kavi says she had a tendency to stay quiet to avoid conflict. The song is about “finding the courage to say what you feel and stand up for yourself.”

* Adds Kavi: “I hope this song reminds people that their voice matters and that they shouldn’t be afraid to use it.” You can check out the song below.

* The press release for her single says Kavi has performed at numerous events, competitions and showcases, demonstrating her ability to sing songs from a variety of genres.

* She also attends the VSharp Gurukulam performing arts school in Dallas and recently posted videos of herself performing with VSharp the Band.
