Her audition: Tori Miller, 26, of Siloam Springs, Ark., auditioned with “When You Say Nothing At All” by Keith Whitley. Gwen quickly turned for Tori’s emotional performance. She complimented Tori on a lovely voice. Tori predicted they’d get alone well because they both appreciate a well-placed rhinestone.

Here’s more about Tori.

* She describes herself as a folk singer-songwriter in her Facebook bio.

* At age 23, she was named the 2016 Miss Rodeo Arkansas and represented the state in the Miss Rodeo finals in Las Vegas.

* Her Miss Rodeo Arkansas bio says she grew up in a rodeo family and began barrel racing at the tender age of 4.

* About 300 people attended her Miss Rodeo Arkansas coronation ceremony, where Jan. 23, 2016, was declared Tori Miller Day in Siloam Springs and a video was played of Tori being crowned princess of that town’s rodeo 17 years earlier.

* Tori attended Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va., on a vocal scholarship, according to theSiloam Springs Herald Leader. At the time, her goal was a career in rodeo commentating.

* While at Liberty University, Tori sang with the Sounds of Liberty choral group, performing in 42 states and 10 Canadian provinces.

* She released her debut single, “My Fight,” in 2017 and followed up with three more — “We Tried,” “My Side of the Sea” and “Three Days” in 2018.

* Of the latter, Tori wrote on Instagram: “Pressure, denial, selfishness, etc. kept me ricocheting in and out of a lifeless, systematic relationship. The last time it ended, at about the three-day mark, when I’d normally talk myself into it again, I found myself sitting on the kitchen floor recording a voice memo. This is the first stream of consciousness song I’ve ever written and shared.”

* Tori recently turned 27 and appears to have released another single earlier this year, a song called “I Hope It’s You.”

* Earlier this year, she spent part of her quarantine time doing viral shows to raise money for Covid-19 Relief and health care heroes. And by re-reading Tolstoy’s “War and Peace.” “I highly recommend it during these insane times,” she wrote on Instagram.
