Among the new post-Voice music to land recently are a trio of country singles.

Those include releases from Casi Joy, Cory Jackson and a single from Radio Romance that features Amber Carrington.

Here’s a look at those new songs. The links take you to the tunes on Apple Music. Or you can check out Spotify snippets below.

Casi Joy of Season 12 dons shoulder pads and smears on eye black for the cover of her latest country single, “Overtime.” But have no doubt, this is a sassy breakup song hidden in football analogies. Casi co-wrote the song with Wyatt Earp and Tom Glynn, then celebrated the release with a pop-up concert in 36-degree weather on Friday. Top 20 on The Voice, Casi released an EP called “The Bright Side” earlier this year.

Cory Jackson from Season 17 has now released his new single, “Forgive Me Anyway,” to streaming sites. At first, it was available as a free download to those who joined his fan club. Cory describes it as a song about a man who loses the love of his life because he keeps chasing his dream of being a musician. He holds out hope that he’ll be forgiven.

Amber Carrington from Season 12 is featured on a lovely country duet called “Fix,” that’s been released by the group Radio Romance. The song was recorded way back in 2014 when Radio Romance was with Sony Music. Dran Michael, Amber’s fiance, produced the track. Radio Romance is a country group out of Nashville featuring Sam Hayes, Josh Gramling, Moises Padilla and Adam Smithwick.

James McNeiece of Season 8 has released a pair of covers, his first releases since the show. They include his versions of “Blu” by Jon Bellion and “Bed I Made” by Allen Stone. James, from Howell, Mich., was 25 when he appeared on the show. He’s now relocated to L.A. where he performs with former American Idol contestant Nick Boddington (Season 12) as Nick & James. In fact, they just released a holiday single, “Peace on Earth.”
