Cory Jackson from The Voice Season 17

* Cory Jackson from Season 17 released “Your Love” on Friday. “I started writing this song in an airport on my way home from @NBCTheVoice,” Cory explains. “Sarah and I had just gotten married about a month before and I had been gone A LOT during the time up to our wedding and right after. It made every moment together that more special. I remember tears rolling down my cheeks and splashing on my phone as I started typing this into my notes just to get it down and trying to hide my face from being seen by the kids next to me, so they wouldn’t say ‘Mommy, why is that guy crying?’ lol. This song is a special one to me … and I’ve been waiting for this special week to release it.” This week marked he couple’s third anniversary.

* Madeline Consoer from Season 19 has a new country single out called “Wish It Away.” It marks her first release of 2022 and, she writes “this feels like a new chapter for me. The people I’m surrounded with, the incredibly talented team that worked on this song… it feels like everything just fits, finally. Nothing is forced, nothing is hurried, it just is. And I think that’s how this should feel.” As for the song, it’s about the questions lots face as they leave their younger years in the background. There’s also a music video, which you can check out below.
