Tuesday’s instant save on The Voice became a showdown between coach comeback artists.
Christina Aguilera had rescued pop singer Nick Hagelin after he was eliminated, bringing him back for the live playoffs.
Pharrell Williams did the same for Daniel Passino.
The they became the first Voice comeback artists to advance to the finals.
Tuesday night, they landed in the bottom two. Nick performed “Thinking Out Loud” for his save-me performance; Daniel opted for “Uptown Funk.”
According to the graphic that scrolled across the bottom of The Voice screen, Nick got the instant save in a landslide.
