And so the gals’ semifinals are set on American Idol.

Wednesday night, Candice Glover, Janelle Arthur, Aubrey Cleland, Breanna Steer and Zoanette Johnson (ugh!) advanced.

They’ll now join Angela Miller, Kree Harrison, Adriana Latonio, Amber Holcomb and Tenna Torres in competing for viewer’s votes next week.

Heading home Wednesday night were Jett Hermano, Rachel Hale, Juliana Chahayed, Melinda Ademi and Cristabel Clack.
