Barring a major upset, it appears Maelyn Jarmon will become the Season 16 winner of The Voice this evening.

Already the owner of the iTunes streaming bonus from the first two weeks of the finals, Maelyn dominated on iTunes again after Monday’s show.

Every one of her Monday night performances cracked the Top 10 on iTunes overall singles chart.

She wound up at number one on that chart as well as the alternative singles chart with her cover of “Hallelujah.” And at number one on the pop chart with her new single, “Wait for Me.”

All of which means she likely secured the Apple Music streaming bonus that would multiply the votes she received through streaming by five.

And Maelyn, singing for Team John Legend, had already won the streaming bonus the past two weeks. Those bonuses carry forward as well.

All of which lessens the hope for Team Blake Shelton’s trio of country artists: Andrew Sevener, Dexter Roberts and Gyth Rigdon.

What’s more, all of the songs Maelyn previously performed on the show that were available via iTunes returned to the Top 100 on the chart after Monday’s chart.

That didn’t happen for any of the Team Blake artists.

My prediction on the order of finish tonight: 1) Maelyn Jarmon; 2) Gyth Rigdon; 3) Andrew Sevener; 4) Dexter Roberts.

Here are the previous songs that returned to the iTunes Top 200 by the end of voting at 7 a.m. today.

#19 — “Stay” by Maelyn Jarmon
#55 — “The Scientist” by Maelyn Jarmon
#69 — “Fallingwater” by Maelyn Jarmon
#84 — “Here Without You” by Gyth Rigdon
#98 — “God Bless the U.S.A.” by Gyth Rigdon
#138 — “Long-Haired Country Boy” by Andrew Sevener
#141 — “I Want to be Loved Like That” by Gyth Rigdon
#172 — “She Got the Best of Me” by Andrew Sevener

Here Without You by Dexter Roberts. There is something wrong here if Dexter doesn’t win or runner up.
