Tonight, we learn who makes the finals on The Voice.

Twelve singers — three per team — continue on to next week.

That will include the two top vote-getters from each team. Then each coach will get to select another singer to advance.

Here are my Team Pharrell predictions:

DaNica Shirey fans, keep your fingers crossed. As the voting wound down this morning, the Yorker’s song was the fifth most popular from Tuesday’s episode of The Voice on iTunes, but only the fourth most popular on her own team.

Luke Wade has been the favorite on this team since the word go and turned in a crowd-pleasing performance of “Let’s Get It On.” Sugar Joans, so good in the battle round, probably earned a spot in the finals with the firepower and passion she showed last night on “I Say a Little Prayer.”

If they advance on fan voting, that would leave DaNica’s fate in the hands of Pharrell. You’d hope she’d get the third spot based on consistency — as in being consistently excellent. But be warned: Pharrell also seems to have a soft spot for Elyjuh Rene, who turned in his best performance yet last night.

But I’d go with a trio of Luke, Sugar and DaNica.
