The Voice knockout round will air over the next two Monday nights as the field gets whittled down for the Season 25 playoffs.
Each team has seven singers remaining, but one of those has a playoff pass, meaning they’ll get to skip this round.
That leaves three knockouts matches per team with the singers going head to head on solo songs of their choosing.
Each coach has one steal this round. That means eight of the 24 singers competing in the knockouts will be eliminated.
That will leave each team with a newly stolen singer, three knockout round winners and a playoff pass recipient heading into the playoffs on April 22.
Here’s a look at Team Reba.
Best so far: L. Rodgers. Her TikTok handle might be Reality Show Reject, but she has the vocal ability, the passion and the experience to make the Season 25 finals. She also has Team Reba’s playoff pass.
Most likely to make the playoffs: I can’t imagine Asher HaVon not advancing given the vocal skills he’s demonstrated to this point. I’ll be most interested to see which country singers advance on a show where country singers can count on lots of fan support. Reba has three — Ashley Bryant, Josh Sanders and Tae Lewis. Ashley was one of the most improved singers in the battles. The Voice has leaked a knockout round showdown between Asher and Tae. Both received well-deserved praise from the coaches. That match could very well lead to one of the knockout round steals.
The Team
Asher HaVon, 31, turned 3 chairs in the blinds singing Adele’s “Set Fire to the Rain.” He then won his battle with Alyssa Crosby. They performed “We Don’t Need Another Hero” by Tina Turner.
Ashley Bryant, 26, of Louisville, Ky., got Reba to turn in the blinds, singing “Last Name” by Carrie Underwood. She won her battle with Elyscia Jefferson. They performed “If I Were a Boy” by Beyonce.
Josh Sanders, 35, of Kannapolis, N.C., turned 2 chairs in the blinds with Nate Smith’s “Whiskey on You.” He then won his battle with Donny Van Slee. They performed “When It Rains It Pours” by Luke Combs.
Justin and Jeremy Garcia, 17 year old twins, turned 3 chairs in the blinds, performing “Sory of My Life” by One Direction. They joined Team Dan + Shay. They lost their battle to Frank Garcia, but were stolen by Reba. Their battle round song was “Million Reasons” by Lady Gaga
L. Rodgers, 34, of Baltimore, Md. was the last singer to join Team Reba, singing “Wild Horses” by The Rolling Stones in the blinds. She ‘lost’ her battle round match with Tae Lewis, but then received the playoff pass from Reba. They performed “We Don’t Fight Anymore” by Carly Pearce (ft. Chris Stapleton)
Tae Lewis, 31, turned 2 chairs in the blinds singing Keith Urban’s “Somebody Like You.” He then ‘won’ his battle round match with L. Rodgers, though she received the playoff pass. They performed “We Don’t Fight Anymore” by Carly Pearce (ft. Chris Stapleton)
Zeya Rae, 23, of Stockton, Calif., performed “Bellyache” by Billie Eilish and got just Reba to turn in the blinds. She won her battle against William Alexander. They performed “Just Give Me a Reason” by Pink.
