Who will walk away with the crown on The Voice tonight?

Well, if the results are based on how while contestants performed Monday night and during the three live shows, here’s how the Top 5 should finish.

1. Mara Justine; 2. Huntley; 3. Jacquie Roar; 4. Ruby Leigh; 5. Lila Forde

My guess is that isn’t how they will finish.

My prediction, having watched all 24 seasons of The Voice, is that the results will fall like this.

1. Huntley; 2. Ruby Leigh; 3. Mara Justine; 4. Jacquie Leigh; 5. Lila Forde

I could quibble with his song choices, but I’d have a hard time arguing strongly against a Huntley victory. He’s been solid every time he’s taken The Voice stage.

Each week at this point, I also take a moment to look at which performances from the night prior are most popular on YouTube.

Here’s that list for this week, as of 3:30 p.m. eastern time.

1. Ruby Leigh, “Desperado,” 138,303

2. Mara Justine, “Turning Tables,” 131,301

3. Huntley, “Higher”, 86,223

4. Mara Justine, “Piece of My Heart,” 84,575

5. Huntley, “Another Love,” 76,503

6. Ruby Leigh, “Suspicious Minds,” 75,500

7. Lila Forde, “Across the Universe,” 73,630

8. Jacquie Roar, “Nights in White Satin,” 71,402

9. Jacquie Roar, “More Than a Feeling,” 57,801

10. Lila Forde, “The Weight,” 48,641

Total views:

Mara Justine: 215,876
Ruby Leigh: 213,803
Huntley, 162,726
Jacquie Roar, 129,203
Lila Forde: 122,091

And, after some impressive coach-artist duets, especially from Huntley and Niall and Mara Justine and Niall, it’s finally time for results.

In fifth place: Lila Forde of Team Legend.

In fourth place: Jacquie Roar of Team Reba.

In third place: Mara Justine of Team Niall. (Boo! She should have finished as at least the runner-up.)

In second place: Ruby Leigh of Team Reba.

That means Huntley wins Season 24 of The Voice. It’s a second straight win for an artist coached by Niall Horan.

It turned out to be a popularity contest, Huntley was not the best performer in the finale. Mara and Jacquie both out performed him!!!
