Here’s a bit about each of those releases.

The links below take you to the songs on Apple Music. Or you can check out the Spotify snippets below.

* Brennley Brown from Season 12 released her five-song debut EP “Story Stays” last Friday and it’s excellent. Country music simply doesn’t get better than lead track “Keep Coming Back.” Writes Brennley on Instagram: “To some this may simply be ‘Brennley Brown’s debut EP’, but here’s in fact what it really is — My heart, my soul, and my vulnerability. My triumphs, my trials and my money. My dreams, my crazy, and my sane. My fears, my truths and my creativity and my brokenness. My love, my faith and my stories.” It comes three years after she appeared on the show. No problem, Brennley says, adding she refused to compromise or be rushed time and again. “Honesty through my music will now and forever remain a priority for me.”

* The Swon Brothers released “Southern Draw,” another song off their upcoming album last Friday. This one is a collaboration with country artist Lee Brice. “Writing and recording with this guy has been like working with a third brother,” Zach and Colton wrrite on Instagram. “Sometimes you get in a room with kindred spirits and music is just easy.” The album — “Nashlahoma” — is due out Nov. 20 and available for pre-order on iTunes.

* Andrew Sevener from Season 16 released “Number 9,” his third single of 2020, last Friday. He calls it a “song about drinking some beers and raising some hell with my buddies.” It follows “All In” and “Me, My Old Man and Steely Dan” on his 2020 release list.

* EllieMae from Season 17 released “Fight for Me,” her first single since the show, last Friday. “This song is very special to me and I hope you love it as much as I do,” she writes on social media, adding a special thanks to producer Jerrod Flusche for “hearing my vision and making it sound so beautiful.”
