American Idol has a Top 24.

American Idol also had lots of talented Season 20 contestants who made the Top 59 — the Showstopper round — whom we never met.

You can check out profiles of many of those individuals below. Several have already released excellent music. Some have released more since I wrote the bios in February. Others are planning new releases soon. Each profile is complete with social media links for the singers.

A couple have been as silent about Idol on social media as the show was about their participation as contestants.

But most took to social media to express their appreciation for the experience.

Take Paige Fish as an example. ‘My showstopper round went AMAZING!! But I am sad to announce that I did not makethe top 24:(,” she wrote on Instagram.

“Truthfully, American Idol was the best experience of my life,” she added. “Though I was not selected to be aired, it was still wonderful. Such a growing experience!! When I was led into the room to speak with the judges individually, they told me that I was a great, developed artist! but a YOUNG developed artist. They encouraged me to come back in the future, when I am older. They were nothing but kind to me in that room, and I am genuinely okay with being sent home. I was so blessed to have this opportunity, and maybe you’ll see me on the show again”

Corey Curtis echoed many of those sentiments, writing: “As cool as it would’ve been to make the top 24, the fact that I even made it to the end of Hollywood week BLOWS MY MIND! Especially coming from a small town where there’s almost little to no opportunity. I’ll truly cherish this American Idol journey for the rest of my life.

“And I know, I didn’t have that much screen time. Unfortunately there’s nothing I can do about that. ABC and American Idol choose who they want to show. The fact that I got a 6 second clip of my genre round performance when a lot of my fellow contestants got no time at all, you won’t hear me complaining!

“At the end of the day, I still did it. I got the golden ticket, I got past genre round, I got past duets, and I made it to the showstopper round. Truly an unforgettable experience and I‘ll forever cherish the memories and new friends I made along the way.”
