Iam Tongi, winner of American Idol Season 21, is imploring fans to help Hawaii’s wildfire victims

And he’s voicing his support in the best way he can, posting a heartfelt version of Mel and Tim’s “Starting All Over Again” to his Instagram page.

He said the song is especially dedicated to those who lost love ones or their homes in the wildfires.

Those wildfires killed at least 93 people and destroyed more than 2,000 properties.

The death toll makes it the deadliest wildfire in the country in more than 100 years.

“The devastating news of Maui hits harder than I can express,” Iam writes on social media.

“I have thought and rethought about ways I could help the people of Maui because I feel incapable, seeing people donating so much money that I don’t have.”

But he notes there are other ways people can help, by donating clothing, food or time.

“If you’re donating money, any amount would help as long we try to make sure it’s going to the right hands,” he says.

“I love you Maui, and you’re always in my prayers,” Iam added in closing.

Iam’s enjoyed a busy summer of tour dates since winning Idol.

He’s revisited the Turtle Bay Resort where his Idol homecoming concert was filmed.

And late last month he played a pair of sold-out shows at the Troubadour in West Hollywood, Calif.

Upcoming shows include the following:

Sept. 9 at the Holo Holo Festival in Sacramento, Calif.

Sept. 11 at Belly Up in Solana Beach, Calif.

Sept. 14 with Celebration Tour at Rohnert Park, Calif. Tickets got on sale Friday.

Sept. 21 on event lawn at Virgin Hotels, Las Vegas
