Nominated for three Texas CMA Awards, Holly Tucker has a new single out.

Texas country music artist Holly Tucker continued a successful 2019 by releasing a new single Friday.

It’s a catchy, mid-tempo song called “Take Me Fishing.”

It also comes on the heels of her most successful single to date, “Country Music Won’t Let Me,” which is charting in Texas and has racked up nearly 150,000 streams on Spotify.

More music is coming. Holly hasn’t announced a release date for a new album, but she’s scheduled an album release show for Aug. 22 at the Beltonian Theatre in Belton, Texas.

Holly finished sixth on Season 4 of The Voice as a member of Team Blake Shelton on The Voice and has been steadily adding to her country music resume ever since.

She released her third full-length CD “Steel” in 2016 and was been named the Texas CMA Female Artist of the Year the past two years.

This year, she’s up for three Texas CMA honrs — Entertainer of the Year, Female Vocalist of the Year and Single of the Year for “Country Music Won’t Let Me.”

Voting continues through July 15 on the Texas CMA website.

Here’s “Take Me Fishing.”
