American Idol’s Season Six winner Jordin Sparks is back with a new single and a new video, which you can watch below.

The song is called “The World I Knew,” from the Disney film “African Cats.”

The film is a nature documentary centered on two cat families and how they teach their cubs the ways of the wild.

It debuts in theaters Friday and footage from the film of some very cute cubs are featured in the video.

As for Jordin, she’s getting lots of publicity for the trimmer, slimmer figure she’s flaunting these days.

She’s in the video, too, of course, and the song is available as a single on iTunes.

Jordin is also gearing up for the New Kids on the Block and Backstreet Boys summer tour, which she’ll be a part of.

The tour will land at the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C., on Friday, June 3, and the Wells Fargo Center (formerly the Wachovia Center) in Philadelphia on Sunday, June 5.
