Alisan Porter’s first album since The Voice will come out this month.

Alisan Porter’s first album since winning Season 10 of The Voice now has a release date.

“Pink Cloud,” a nine-song “country” project is due out Sept. 13 and is now available for pre-order on iTunes.

The word “country” appears in quotes because, if you’re familiar with Alisan, you know her brand of country is likely to be delivered with a little R&B, a little pop and a good deal of sass.

That’s certainly the case of “Wild One,” one of the three songs she’s already released from the album, along with “Never Could” and “What If I Wake Up.”

Alisan unveiled the music video for “Wild One” a couple of weeks ago and it’s a fun take on a great song as 38-year-old former child star (“Curly Sue”) hams it up for the camera.

The song, Alisan explains on Instagram, “is about being fearless. Being open. It’s about bending the rules. It’s about saying, ‘This is the good and the bad and the most of me. This is it.’ It’s about freedom and unapologetic truth. It’s about laughing through tears and feeling joy through pain.”

Alisan hasn’t exactly been silent since winning The Voice in the spring of 2016. She released a five-song pop EP called “I Come in Pieces” in 2017.

Here’s the new music video.
