Season 6 The Voice standout Audra McLaughlin is recovering from mid-November vocal surgery.

But that hasn’t kept her from releasing a new song recorded pre-surgery.

The country tune “We Ain’t Missin’ Nothin'” is now available on iTunes and Spotify.

Audra finished in the Top 8 on Season 6. Last year, she released a quartet of singles, including “Boomerang,” which made it onto Voice Views list of Top 20 post-Voice singles of 2017.

Audra told Voice Views she’ll probably be sidelined from singing for a few months, but that she’s writing songs and gathering material for her next project in the meantime.
