Austin Jenckes, from Season 5 of The Voice, will release his new album May 31.

With his new album just weeks away, Austin Jenckes has released the fourth song from that project.

And “Never Forget” is the most personal yet, written for his wife Brittany and released just prior to Mother’s Day; the couple have a two-year-old daughter.

“I don’t know how but this song only took about 45 minutes to write,” Austin writes on Instagram. “There was only one way I could think of to make a music video and now I can’t stop watching it.”

That music video features clips from the couple’s wedding, outdoors in the pouring rain, though no one seems to mind. You can check it out below.

Austin wrote “Never Forget” with Brinley Addington. The song will be featured on Austin’s album “If You Grew up Like I Did,” due for release May 31 and already available for pre-order.

Other songs released to date include “Ride Away,” “Never Left Memphis” and “Fat Kid,” which was written by and includes a vocal assist from Lori McKenna.

Austin was a Top 10 finisher on Season 5 of The Voice and the album will mark his first major project since.

But he’s released a series of singles and landed on Voice Views top post-Voice songs list in 2017 with “Same Beer Different Day” and in 2018 with “In My Head.”

From Duvall, Wash., Austin has an album release show set for May 24 at the Snoqualmie Casino. near Seattle.

Here’s the music video for “Never Forget.”
