Along the way, I’ll post the winners. Remember, Carrie Underwood is nominated in three categories tonight; Kellie Pickler in one.
The five finalists for video of the year were just announced and include Carrie Underwood, Toby Keith, Lady Antebellum, Taylor Swift and Miranda Lambert.
And you can still vote for your favorite.
No there’s a sight I never thought I’d see — Kellie Pickler and Terrell Owens presenting an award together at the CMTs.
Unfortunately, Kellie missed out on the award in the category in which she was nominated, Collaborative Video fo the Year for “Best Days of Your Life” with Taylor Swift.
But Carrie wins for CMT Performance of the Year for “Temporary Home.”
She missed out on Female Video of the Year, with that honor going instead to Miranda Lambert for “White Liar.”
Here comes the most prestigious award of the night: Video of the Year.
And the honor goes to Carrie for her “Cowboy Casanova” video. Fans voted for the award, and Carrie just thanked them for her support.
Earlier in the show, she sang her latest hit, “Undo It,” co-written by American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi. I’ve posted lots of photos below. I’m sure more will be arriving soon. So keep checking back.
