Chris Jamison recently released his second EP of original music.

Chris Jamison released “Puzzle Pieces” Friday, his second original EP since making the finals on Season 7 of The Voice.

“It has taken a few years, but I finally feel like I’ve found ‘my’ sound,” Chris writes on Facebook.

“Seeing this project come to life has been one of the coolest things I’ve ever been a part of. I’m blessed to have such supportive individuals in my life and am blessed to be able to do what I love.”

The EP features four originals from Chris, including “Go,” a single he released in June with part of the proceeds pledged to the Tree of Life Synagogue in his hometown of Pittsburgh.

The synagogue was the scene of a mass shooting in October 2018.

Other highlights of the EP include the tender and touchy “Stay” and the soulful “Wait.”

As for the EP title, Chris told Forbes he and his wife went through a period where they were obsessed with puzzles.

“I quickly realized how similar life is to putting a puzzle together,” he told the site. “Unlike a puzzle, life doesn’t offer us the ability to know what the end picture is going to look like. Each day on Earth puts us one piece closer to discovering the final picture of the puzzle.

“My EP, Puzzle Pieces, is just that: a piece of a much larger puzzle. Here’s to discovering how the rest of the pieces fit together.”

Chris celebrated the EP’s release with a show at Pittsburgh’s Strand Theater over the weekend.

Since The Voice, Chris also released a debut EP “I am Chris Jamison” in 2016 and an EP of Christmas covers.

Here’s a snippet of “Stay” from “Puzzle Pieces.”
