Holly Tucker from The Voice Season 4

* Holly Tucker from Season 4 is back with an upbeat single called “Breakin’ in These Boots.” She says it’s actually a song she wrote seven or eight years ago with Jenee Fleenor and Buddy Owens. “I really wanted something upbeat and super fun to dance to in a dancehall, something true country,” she tells Country’sChatter.com. “So, we started just telling a story about someone who’s a little tired of the city and the monotonous work week, and wants to get out to a country dance hall ASAP to scoot a boot! We’ve all been there.”

EllieMae from The Voice Season 17

* EllieMae from Season 17 released the country single “Wasting Time.” Its’ her first single of 2022, but she’s released several since The Voice. Says EllieMae: “I’m so excited for this song to be out into the world. Writing and playing music has been so therapeutic for me and has helped me through a lot of loss and heartbreak. I hope this song means something to you like it does to me. Time is precious. Don’t waste it.”

Blind Joe from The Voice Season 9

* Blind Joe from Season 9 has a new honkytonk tune out called “Hardwood Floor.” It’s also available on a CD with all his latest music at live shows, he says on Instagram. Another song on that CD is “I Will Not Comply,” Released last year, that single has been streamed more than 320,000 times on Spotify alone.
