Bella DeNapoli from The Voice Season 21

Bella DeNapoli is among the artists to announce they auditioned for Season 21 of The Voice.

Here’s more about Bella. The Voice returns to NBC on Monday, Sept. 20.

* On her website, Bella describes herself as a “22-year-old strong a$$ female. You can find me with my puppy Lily, eating 2 bags of sour gummy worms while binge watching as many episodes of ‘New Girl’ as I can to the point where I can play Jessica Day.

* She’s also an emerging singer-songwriter and aspiring producer who has already released music.

* To date, Bella has three singles out. She released her debut single, “When We Fell in Love” in November 2019 and, a year later, posted a video from the release party, reflecting on the love and support she received for the song.

* She’s since released “I Wanna,” a collaboration with Nolan Santo, and the sultry “You Should Be.” Both came out last year. You can check out the music video for the latter single below.

* In her website bio, Bella explains that she grew up in a musical family. Her mom and dad are musicians, performing in two bands together.

* She says she got her start in musical theater and has trained with vocal instructor Dave Stroud and former American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi.

* “Singing is my escape; therapeutic,” she writes on her website. “I put all my emotion into each song I perform, and that’s what I believe makes me different.”

* During the pandemic, she studied online in Berklee College of Music’s production program. “It’s not common enough for this industry to have women producers … sooooooooo I am here to show that we can change that!”

* Bella is also a licensed cosmetologist, professional make-up artist and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
