Mary Sarah from The Voice Season 10
New post-Voice music out this week includes country singles from Tanner Gomes, Bailey Rae and Presley Tennant and a special cover featuring Mary Sarah.

* Mary Sarah from Season 10 has teamed up with original artist David Frizzell to released a 40th anniversary cover of “You’re the Reason God Made Oklahoma.” Says Mary Sarah: “As many of you know, I have always had a love for classic country music and when the idea of getting to sing with David came about, I was so excited. I not only love this song, but I was born in Oklahoma and I have sang this song with my dad since I was a little girl.” Part of the “Any Which Way You Can” soundtrack, the original version recorded by David and Shelly West made it to number one on the country charts in 1981. Oh, and congrats to Mary Sarah and boyfrend Mitch Clark on the birth of their first child, Avalyn Mae, earlier this year.
* Presley Tennant from Season 16 released the up-tempo country dance tune “Bite the Bullet” this week. It’s her third country single since the show, following “Temporary” and “Always You.” A country album is coming this year too, according to a press release from Ablaze Entertainment.
* Tanner Gomes from Season 19 released his first single first, a ballad called “In Her Dreams.” Says Tanner: “Wrote this song a few years ago, and it’s been so cool to see it come together in the studio.”
* Bailey Rae from Season 19 has already released her second single since the show. This one is called “Gypsy Cowboy,” and it’s an original, written by Bailey, Colleen Francis and Tammy Marler. Bailey released a cover of Waylon Jennings “Are You Sure Hank Done It This Way” back in January.
