Danielle Bradbery, the Season 4 champ, duets with Jordan Davis on his latest single, “Midnight Crisis,” which dropped Friday. Davis scored a number one country hit with “Buy Dirt” last year and says “Midnight Crisis” was the first song written for his new album, due out next year. The singers performed a live duet of the song last weekend at a show in Green Bay. “She’s one of, if not my favorite voices in Nashville,” he said of Bradbery. Danielle recently released her own new single, “A Special Place.” Check out the music video for “Midnight Crisis” below.

The Swon Brothers, Season 4 finalists, have released the demo version of “Body Language.” They teamed up with Ryan Beaver and Matt McGinn to write the song. Blake Shelton recorded the song, featuring a guest vocal by brothers Colton and Zach, and included it on his 2021 album by the same name. Which is consistent with Blake’s track record of supporting former Voice contestants. Colton and wife Caroline Glaser, another former Voice contestant now releasing music as Brother Bird, promote the song in a funny video featuring them smacking one another with soft taco shells.

EllieMae from Season 17 released “Comes Back Around” earlier this month. Says EllieMae: “I was working on the dairy (farm) one day, telling a friend of mine how this guy would always drunk text me at night. She goes ‘you know what el, they always forget the sun comes back up in the morning.’ I wrote that down in my phone and wrote this song that night.” EllieMae also recently opened for former American Idol champ Scotty McCreery in front of a crowd of more than 6,000 at the Twin Falls County Fair in Idaho earlier this month and called it one of the highlights of her career.
