Predictions about who will go home on American Idol

1

A week ago, everyone seemed stumped or in disagreement over who would be eliminated from the Top 5 on American Idol.

Not so this week.

All the fingers point in one direction: Hollie Cavanagh.

We’ll see. Sensing danger, I’d be willing to bet the Holliepops were voting frantically last night.

Check back at 8 p.m. I’ll be live blogging during the results show.

DialIdol.com: Has Jessica Sanchez in the safe zone. Has the other three singers in the danger zone, with Joshua Ledet at the bottom. DialIdol had Skylar safe last week, and she was eliminated, but the site had been spot-on the previous three weeks.

E! Online: Says Phillip Phillips and Hollie Cavanagh are in danger and, that after weeks of dodging elimination, tonight will mark the end for Hollie. Notes that “most part, (Phillip is) being outsung by his fellow competitors.”

AmericanIdol.net: Is also predicting the departure of Hollie, who finished last in its weekly poll, but not too far behind Joshua Ledet.

Reality Wanted: Predicts a bottom two of Joshua Ledet and Hollie Cavanagh, and predicts Hollie will go home tonight.

Billboard.com: Says Hollie will go home, adding “only pure luck can save you after being outdone by your peers like she was Wednesday night.”

Starpulse.com: Predicts Hollie’s elimination, saying each of the other three contestants killed at least one of their performances Wednesday night.

Buddy TV: Says that if anyone but Hollie Cavanagh gets eliminated says “it will be a travesty, a sham and a miracle.”
