Xenia Edith Martinez from Season 1 of The Voice has a new single out.

Today brings a new single from one of the first young artists we ever met on The Voice.

That would be Xenia (Edith Martinez), who finished Top 8 as a member of Team Blake Shelton way back in Season 1 at age 16.

Today, Xenia dropped “Love You Give Away.” It’s a song she says she wrote about a year ago with Gavyn Bailey.

And it continues a string of impressive music Xenia has released since the show.

Earlier this year, she was a featured vocalist on a single called “301 Lullaby” by Gallo. Her last major project was the 2016 EP “Artemisa,” named after her grandmother.

Xenia was also one of several former The Voice contestants to audition for the new season of American Idol.

Last month, she wrote on Instagram: “I was on American Idol for 3.5 seconds last night. They ended up not airing my audition and I am extremely grateful for that.”

Fans might be too. After all, it might have delayed the release of “Love You Give Away,” which you can check out below.
