The Voice playoffs continue and conclude Monday night when the remaining members of Team Legend and Team Michael Buble take the stage.
By the end of the night, fans will find out who will compete in the semifinals for fan votes on Monday, March 12.
All five members of Team Legend and Team Michael will take the stage during Monday’s show. Each coach will then hand pick two artists to advance.
Sheryl Crow will help mentor Team Michael; LeAnn Rimes will serve with same role for Team Legend.
The four semifinalists selected so far include Iris Herrera and Alanna Lynise of Team Kelsea and Kolby Cordell and Lucia Flores-Wiseman of Team Adam.
Here’s a recap of who remains on Team Michael. And, at the bottom, my predictions on what could/should happen.
Adam David, 34, Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
Blind audition: Turned 1 chair singing “Baby, I Love Your Way” by Peter Frampton
Battle round: Performed Michael Buble’s “Homee” with Ricardo Moreno and won the match.
Knockout round: Performed “Unaware” by Allen Stone, winning a match with Carlos Santiago
Angie Rey, 25, Seminole, Fla.,
Blind audition: Turned just Kelsea Ballerini’s chair singing her song “Penthouse.”
Battle Round: Performed “Girl” by Maren Morris, winning her duet with Tatum Scott
Knockout Round: Performed “Dirt Cheap” by Cody Johnson. Lost the match, but was stolen by Michael Buble.
Barry Jean Fontenot, 31, Bentonville, Ark.
Blind audition: He performed “I Wish It Would Rain” by the Temptations, turning Michael’s chair.
Battle round: Performed “Cry to Me” with Kaiya Hamilton. Kaiya was declared the winner, but Michael then saved Barry
Knockout round: Performed “Haven’t Met You Yet” by Michael Buble, winning his match with Simone Marijic
Jadyn Cree, 23, Lincoln, Neb.
Blind audition: Turned 2 chairs in the blinds, singing “Still Into You” by Paramore
Battle round: Performed “Danny’s Song” by Loggins and Messina with Braxton Garza and won the match
Knockout round: Performed “Keep Holding On” by Avril Lavigne, winning her match with Kameron Jaso.
Kaiya Hamilton, 26, Greenville, N.C.
Blind audition: Turned 2 chairs singing “ICU” by CoCo Jones
Battle round: Performed “Cry to Me” with Barry Jean Fontenot. Won the match; Barry was saved by Michael
Knockout round: Performed “Here” by Allesia Cara to win her match with Divghn.
Voice Views’ prediction:
Honestly, who the hell knows what Michael will do? He might very well award the semifinals spots to the singers who do the worst Monday night. The singers who turned in his top two knockout performances — Simone Marijic and Carlos Santiago — will be watching from home.
My hunch is that Jadyn Cree, daughter of Season 25 finalist Bryan Olesen, has the inside track on one of the spots.
Based on what’s happened so far, I’d award the other to Barry Jean Fontenot, who’s delivered a solid performance every time he’s taken The Voice stage.

I agree on jadyn, because she’s the golden child snowflake of the season. Even a voice podcast has commented that EVERY TIME jadyn was on stage, the camera ALWAYS pans to her parents in the crowd.
Also, they have conveniently eliminated all country singers on the show (especially the one on team Adam after he was whining about no country singer wanting him) because any country singer would take the votes away from precious jadyn! I guarantee that the last country singer, Angie, will be eliminated on Monday for sure!
