A look back at Katie Kadan’s Voice performances

1

Katie Kadan was the very first contestant viewers met on Season 17 of The Voice.

And two minutes after viewers met her, she became a Season 17 favorite with a superb cover of “Baby I Love You” that turned the chairs of all four coaches.

But Katie also entered the show with more experience — and a larger social media fan base — than most of the Season 17 contestants.

She’d already released an EP and a self-titled album (“Katie Kadan” in May) and served as vocalist for Doomerang on a March EP the band released.

And Katie, 38 and from Chicago, auditioned for The Voice Season 17 at the urging of two of the show’s former standouts, Luke Wade and Sarah Potenza.

Monday night, Katie will compete for the Season 17 title. Here’s a look at her Season 17 performances to date. The numbers indicate the number of views each has on YouTube.
