Wyatt Rivers from LaBelle, Fla., auditioned for The Voice Season 15.

Now he’s a solo artist aspiring to land a spot on The Voice Season 15.

Wyatt is one of the singers who auditioned for the show, which returns to NBC on Monday, Sept. 24.

Here’s more about Wyatt.

* Wyatt is from LaBelle, Fla., and his Facebook bio says he discovered his love of music at an early age.

* He attended college at Duke University in North Carolina and spent three years there playing with a college alt-rock band called Mobius.

* It was during his senior year that he decided to explore his sound as a solo artist.

* In 2017, he released a four-song EP called “Fault Lines.” I’ve embedded the single “Blinded Love” below. You can check out two of the other songs on Wyatt’s YouTube channel. “Black Widow” is especially impressive.

* He classifies his music as pop on Facebook.

* More recently, Wyatt teamed up with friends Daniel Kim and Ethan Udell to release a four-track EP called “Departures” as The Night Heron.

* That doesn’t mean Wyatt has abandoned his solo ventures. In fact, his website bio says he’s been working on a full-length album as a followup to “Fault Lines.”

* Music is not Wyatt’s only pursuit. Earlier this year, he announced he’ll be attending the Tulane University School of Medicine as a member of the Class of 2023.
