Each coach will have 10 singers this season — down from 12 in all recent seasons, a change likely made because of the show’s abbreviated schedule (few Tuesday episodes and only three weeks of live shows).
That means Blake Shelton, Kelly Clarkson and Nick Jonas each have just two spots remaining on their teams. John Legend still has three spots to fill.
Of the singers we’ll meet Monday, I’ve already profiled seven. And six of those — Cam Spinks, Cedrice Webber, Gigi Hess, Kailey Abel, Kevin Farris and Mandi Castillo — have already released music you can check out now.
The Voice has leaked the blind audition of the seventh, Micah Iverson. He performs Kodaline’s “All I Want”, turns three chairs and gets rave reviews from the coaches.
Follow the links and you’ll find more information on all of those singers, including details about that already released music.
Here’s a look at where the teams stand heading into Monday’s episode. The links take you to a profile of the singer and an interview about their blind audition if they’ve responded to questions from Voice Views.
The last number in parenthesis is the number of chairs each contestant turned during his or her blind audition.
