Pope’s new EP landed on the Billboard charts released today.

The four-song EP called “Summer,” which is also the first single, cracked the Top 10 on the iTunes country albums chart when released June 3.

It didn’t debut quite that high on Billboard, landing at number 14 on the country albums chart for the week of June 25.

That made it the week’s third most popular new album, trailing Maren Morris’ “Hero” and Dan + Shay’s “Obsessed,” which landed at number one and number two, respectively.

On the Billboard 200 overall albums chart, “Summer” debuted at number 164.

The EP represents the first major release by Cassadee since 2013’s “Frame by Frame,” one of the most successful albums released by a former contestant from The Voice.

That album sold 43,000 copies in its first week and landed at number nine on the Billboard 200.

By the way, Cassadee will be one of the featured performed on A Capitol Fourth, a July 4 special to be aired at 8 p.m. on PBS. Alisan Porter, the latest Voice champ, will also perform.

And she performed her new single at the Grand Ole Opry Friday. That’s the performance shown above.
