The Janes have released their first original, "She's Crazy." That's Kelly Crapa at far left.

Kelly Crapa, a Season 3 contestant on The Voice, is now part of a girl group called The Janes.

And The Janes just released their first original single to iTunes, a tune called “She’s Crazy.”

The song’s not about a crazy ex-girlfriend. It’s about a mother who’s very over-protective of her teenage son, to the point of interfering in his relationships.

And there’s a video to go with the single; you’ll find it embedded below.

On Facebook, the Janes describe themselves as a pop/R&B girls group based in New York.

In addition to Kelly, now 18, the group includes Bella (15), Tayla (19) Llyra (19) and Jaime (21).

And while “She’s Crazy” is the first original they’ve released, you’ll find other music from the quintet on iTunes.

Back in February, they released four cover tunes — Ariana Grande’s “One Last Time,” Rihanna’s “FourFiveSeconds,” Taylor Swift’s “Blank Space” and my favorite of the bunch “Somebody.”

They also collaborated with Daniel De Bourg for an impressive cover of “Love Me Like You Do.”

As for Kelly (far left in the photo above), she was just 15 and singing mostly country music when she auditioned for The Voice with “Sparks Fly” back in the fall of 2012 and landed a spot on Team Blake.

She was eliminated in the battle round when she was pitted against fellow teen Michaela Paige and they sang “I Hate Myself for Loving You.”
