Nothing will rally fans behind their favorites on The Voice like the threat of a quadruple elimination.

At noon today, when voting ended, six singers from The Voice were in bonus points territory on the iTunes singles chart.

That exceeds the total number of Top 10 finishes before this week; there had been just five.

It’s also going to create lots of drama for tonight’s results show, because with the songs packed as tightly as they are on iTunes, fan voting is going to make the difference here and at least three singers with Top 10 songs are going to be performing for an instant save.

Adam Wakefield leads the way on the chart, hitting number two with his cover of Blake Shelton’s “I’m Sorry.”

Alisan Porter is close behind at number three with “Desperado.” It’s the third time Adam and Alisan have landed in the Top 10.

Also in the Top 10 as of noon: Hannah Huston, Mary Sarah, Bryan Bautista and Laith Al-Saadi, in that order.

Check back at 8 p.m. when I’ll be living blogging the results show.
